About Online CoaChing

Philosophy

My philosophy is quite simple. The foundation is part science based and part experience based.

Science based:

  • The principle of specific adaptations to imposed demands.

  • The principle of progressive overload

  • Human biomechanics

Experience based:

  • You are a unique human

  • With your unique history

  • Living your unique life

  • Having your own unique training experience.

This means that I will not provide you with "the solution" nor with "the optimal training method" (anyone who claims to know it is full of shit). What I will provide you with is honest communication and a program that suits you and only you.

Why should you do it?

You already know the answer to this. A one size fits only you-program in combination with frequent feedback will make you progress faster (and understand more, which will make you progress even faster).

The goal with online coaching is that you should move towards your goals AND learn more about training AND learn more about your body in relation to your training. The better you understand training and your body the better you will progress and I want you to progress and reach your goals!

Online Coaching has a 3 month minimum commitment period and a 30 day cancellation time.
